Spring Creek is a beautiful Ozarks stream in northeastern Oklahoma
The Spring Creek Coalition, a 501c3 not for profit citizen's organization, sued the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry in March 2021 and won a judgement in Oklahoma District Court in Delaware County. In the Summary Judgement Judge David Crutchfield ruled the ODAFF ignored the impacts of poultry farms on adjoining property owners denying them due process.
